Hi! I'm Thomas, Senior Product Designer.

In my current role at Agoda, I lead the design of white label travel portals for major global banks and airlines. This forms a key part of Booking Holdings' B2B strategy, as the world's largest OTA expands its enterprise partnerships.

Previously, I spent 6 years as a UX Designer at the BBC, the world's largest public broadcaster. Successful designs shipped include the World Service homepage reaching 40m+ users across 42 languages, and video streaming features used by 13m+ users.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold an MA (Distinction) in Experience Design. I am passionate about design education and hold a part-time role as an academic supervisor at the creative business school, Hyper Island.

I also enjoy writing and speaking about design. I have contributed numerous articles to the BBC GEL platform, as well as representing the BBC design team at international conferences.
