Relaxing in Chiang Mai, Thailand!

Hi, i'm Tom, a designer with 6+ years Product / UX Design experience.

I'm currently based in Bangkok, and working as a Product Designer at Agoda (Booking Holdings). My role is focused on designing scaleable travel experiences for B2B partners and users.

Prior to this I was based in London and working for the BBC, the world's largest public service broadcaster.

Some of my career highlights include leading the re-design of the BBC Live streaming experience, re-designing BBC World Service homepages and working on the launch of BBC Sounds iOS & Android apps.

I have a strong academic grounding in design, including an MA (Distinction) in Experience Design. I continue to be involved with design education through my part-time role as an academic supervisor at Hyper Island.

In addition to my industry, and academic experience, I enjoy writing and speaking about design. I have contributed numerous articles to the BBC GEL platform, as well as representing the BBC UX team at conferences.
